Delivery fees & timing
Shipping is a flat EGP 100 across Egypt. Estimated delivery is 1–3 days within Cairo and 3–5 days outside Cairo. We confirm the expected arrival date with your order; eligible free-shipping offers still apply.
Inspection in Cairo & Giza
Inspection before acceptance lets you check the item, its condition and its match to your order. It does not include using the product.
Advance payment outside Cairo & Giza
A partial payment is required before dispatch; this may be limited to the shipping fee. We confirm the amount, payment method and remaining balance before you pay.
Your advance is deducted from the total for your order and delivery.
Changes & delivery support
For an address change, cancellation or delivery question, email us with your order number. We will review what is possible at the current shipment stage and explain the next step.
Inspection arrangements and advance payments do not limit your statutory delivery, cancellation, exchange or refund rights.
